YTMusicUltimate is a tweak for the YouTube Music app on jailbroken iOS devices. Developed by dayanch96 (who also made YTLite) it’s a premium music experience on YouTube Music. Not available on the App Store but loved by the jailbreak community for bypassing restrictions and unlocking premium features like background playback, removed ads and better audio downloads. By combining customization options and performance improvements YT Music Ultimate gives you a unique and efficient music playback experience, above and beyond the default YouTube Music. It should work on jailbroken iOS 13 – 18 devices. There are some guys on reddit who managed to install it on a non-jailbroken device but I don’t think it will work to its full potential so jailbroken devices are still recommended.

Once you download the YT Music Ultimate IPA from iOSGodsipa.com and install it, you will see it integrated with the Youtube Music app right away. What I just said is that, when you open Youtube Music, you will see a new option (in the Account section, as screenshot below).
